Deutzia Nikko Shrubs are a low-growing dwarf flowering shrub with bright green leaves on arching branches. Deutzia Nikko becomes a very showy accent shrub when covered (and smothered) by blossoming white flowers in spring. The leaves foliage turns a deep burgundy color in the fall.
