Garden Goods Direct Ponderosa Lemon Tree

Ponderosa Lemon Trees (Citrus x limon ‘Ponderosa’) bear extra large citrus fruits the size of a grapefruit, but with the taste of a lemon. Although no one knows for sure, this tree is likely a hybrid between a citron and a lemon tree. Since the Ponderosa Lemon tree is very sensitive to frost and the cold, they only thrive in hardiness zones 9 to 11. Understandably, they are often grown indoors as houseplants.
